Jennifer also offers mentoring, workshops and facilitation covering subjects such as movement direction, inclusive practice, ethics of care in devising processes, using autobiographical material, and the challenge of working across disciplines with a portfolio career. She has a celebrated body of work which includes working with non-professional and professional casts, from children to film stars.

She has also featured on panel discussions both at conferences and in educational settings, speaking on a range of subjects. She was a member of the freelance task force, the New Normal Manifesto, and is a member of the Movement Directors Association and Equity.
