Coventry Moves was the opening ceremony for City of Culture in 2021.
Delivered at the tail end of the pandemic, Coventry Moves opened out the city to the people. Telling stories of immigration, of folklore, and of industry.
Working alongside celebrities, musicians, actors, dancers, digital artists, stunt performers, writers and community members, Jennifer led the choreography and movement teams to create spectacles of dance across the city, including shows on bikes, from a 30 strong cavalcade of vintage cars, and with 9 horses and local activists in the town square.
The day culminated in an assembly in front of the cathedral and was live streamed by the BBC.
